Callan Faulkner is the founder of The Uncommon Business, where she teaches founders and their teams to become AI Architects: people who build AI to handle the doing so humans can spend their time on strategy, relationships, intuition, and creative thinking.
She began her career inside a Fortune 500 company redesigning broken processes, then built businesses of her own before going all in on AI. The Uncommon Business went from $0 to $4M in 18 months and ran a $20.9M launch in 2026 with 36 humans and 150+ AI employees. More than 100,000 students have learned with the company.
Right out of college, Callan Faulkner landed inside a Fortune 500 company and watched talented people spend their days copying data from one spreadsheet to another. She couldn’t understand why humans were doing work technology should be doing for them. That question became her career. She spent years inside large organizations redesigning systems and cutting work that never should have needed a human in the first place.
She left corporate and built businesses of her own, and saw the same problem everywhere: smart people buried in work that kept them from the things only they could do. Then she saw ChatGPT turn hours of documentation into a finished SOP in minutes, and everything clicked. She went all in on building with AI, paused her real estate business, and built The Uncommon Business around teaching people to get fluent enough with it to rethink how work gets done.
The Uncommon Business went from $0 to $4M in 18 months, then ran a $20.9M launch in 2026 with just 36 humans and 150+ AI employees. More than 100,000 students have learned with the company. Today it trains founders and teams to become AI Architects: people who build AI to handle the doing so humans can spend their time on strategy, relationships, intuition, and creative thinking.
