Meet Callan Faulkner
She’s always been obsessed with finding the faster way.
Right out of college, Callan landed inside a Fortune 500 company and watched talented people spend their days copying data from one spreadsheet to another. She couldn’t understand why humans were doing work technology should be doing for them.
That question became her career. She spent years inside large organizations redesigning systems and cutting work that never should have needed a human in the first place.
She left corporate and built businesses of her own, and saw the same problem everywhere: smart people buried in work that kept them from the things only they could do.
So she built a company to prove it.
Callan went all in on building with AI, and on teaching people to get fluent enough with it to rethink how work gets done.
She paused her real estate business and built The Uncommon Business around that idea.
We went from $0 to $4M in 18 months, then did a $20.9M launch in 2026 with just 36 humans and 150+ AI employees.
Today we teach founders and teams to become AI Architects: people who build AI to handle the doing so humans can spend their time on what humans are uniquely good at. Strategy, relationships, intuition, and creative thinking.
