FULFILLMENT POLICY FOR THE UNCOMMON BUSINESS LLC

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a leading payment processor. When you make a purchase:

• Your payment will be immediately confirmed via email
• Access to digital products will typically be granted within 24 hours of confirmed payment
• Initial payment processing may take 7-14 days to complete on our end

Product Access & Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access instructions via the email address provided at checkout.

• Access timelines vary by product, but most programs are delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
• Some digital experiences begin on a specific future date (e.g., live programs, group trainings). In those cases, access details will be provided via email ahead of the start date.
• All course materials are delivered through our secure learning platform or client portal.
• Unless otherwise stated, access to our digital products is granted for 12 months from the date of enrollment.

Payment Issues

• In the event of payment failure, you will be notified immediately
• You will have a seven (7) day grace period to update payment information
• If payment is not received within the grace period, your access to the product will be discontinued
• You remain responsible for the full cost of the product, regardless of continued access

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• All materials and content provided are the exclusive property of The Uncommon Business LLC.
• Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, educational use only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any materials for commercial or non-commercial purposes without express written consent.
• Sharing, teaching, or disseminating program content outside of the enrolled participant(s) is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality

• All course materials, including videos, documents, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies, are considered confidential.
• You agree not to reproduce, share, distribute, or disclose any of this information to individuals or entities outside the program.
• This obligation remains in effect for five (5) years from your date of enrollment and survives completion or termination of the program.

No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and proprietary nature of our training programs:

• All purchases are non-refundable and final.
• We do not offer partial refunds, credits, or cancellations once payment has been submitted.
• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Violation of Terms

Violations of these policies may result in:

• Immediate termination of access to program content without refund
• Legal remedies to protect our intellectual property, including but not limited to injunctive relief and damages
• Reporting of violations to relevant authorities or professional networks, if applicable
